    i called UPS and they never received the package to deliver it to me.

    Nope no resolution. No refund, Not even an email.

    Doesn’t look like I’ll be receiving my sons Christmas presents for Christmas. This is completely unprofessional.  
    Considering they were still advertising for Christmas delivery the other day this is unacceptable.

    I am still missing 9 of my items as well. I placed my order last month and part of my order is still saying that it is in the packaging state. Wish we could actually speak to a representative that could give us straight forward answers on the phone and give us help. This is crazy that they do not have a customer support line.
