Order taking forever to ship
What’s going on ethika??? Never had problems in the past and this year nothing but problems . Been purchasing for years. Order was placed Black Friday and has not been shipped yet. Hoping I receive it before Christmas as they are gifts. Also hoping they aren’t all the same mystery style like I have seen people saying they got in these posts.

No I haven’t and they haven’t emailed or answered me at all.

I was able to reach an actual person and request a refund no explanation given as to why it has been taking so long 94957580058. I really wanted my order but I guess they aren’t shipping them I’m not sure.
