    I'm in the same boat. They are showing a dhl tracking but it was never picked up by dhl.

    i can't seem to get a response from Ethika or DHL e-Commerce.  :(

    I was able to speak to a representative at ethika to get a new order shipped to me for zero cost. They said that packages are getting lost which is why there is no shipping updates. You will most likely not get the same items that you purchased the first time around but you can either get fully refunded or pick out new items over the phone to be sent to you. Hope this helps everyone out. Happy holidays everyone!
