Missing 2 items from my order
I placed the order on December 13 and received my order on December 21, but I was missing two items from my order. I’ve tried the chat & the email and can’t get a response from anyone. These were Christmas presents for my son and husband and now I’m out of the item but yet you took my money.

Same here. Customer support is impossible to get in touch with by phone/text, email and chat. Frustrating!!

Same here but I ordered mine on Black Friday and only got one so far

I'm missing 2 items as well. Why is everyone missing 2 items? And late shipment when it says the shipment went via Priority. I never received an email with shipping status so i couldn't track either. Hoping to get some kind of response. A company this big should afford customer service that is responsive and have enough manpower to support an influx of questions.
