Missing item from order

Apparently this has happened to many Ethika customers from all the complaints I’m seeing here. And Ethika customer support does not respond. I received my order over two weeks ago and an item is missing. I’ve tried to reach customer support countless times via phone, text, email and chat to no avail. There’s no excuse for this! Check out the BBB website - lots of complaints and now I’ve experienced it firsthand. Ethika, refund your customers for their missing items!
