Not yet shipped
Hi, I placed an order on 12/2 with an expected shipping date between 12/9-12/11. My order status still says not yet shipped. Can someone let me know what is going on? Needed for Christmas.

Same… ordered Dec 2 and it hasn’t shipped. Very frustrating given I ordered and it should have arrived by now

placed an order on 12/8 - $300 order - paid expedited shipping… still nothing.. never even got a confirmation email, however my account was charged…

Placed order 12/7. No email confirmation but money taken out of my account & still no product.

I ordered mine in 11/30. Got 1 of 8 items. The rest is packed but not yet shipped. Still confused on why the sent 1 item instead the whole order.

I ordered mine 12/9, 4 items all ordered together. 3 shipped Tuesday but no word on the other one and can’t get any response from customer service
