Incorrect order and no one will respond

Ordered over $200 worth of items on their sale received a package that was not my order and was completely incorrect with sizes well attempted to contact an email and all they did was just close me out and leave the ticket alone have tried to reach out several times and no one has responded back

  Did you ever receive a response? I am having the same problem. Except someone else received my order, was kind enough to reach out via Instagram but Ethika won’t respond to my inquiries.
